Digital In - Digital Out

LiveDV provides full screen interactive preview of all DV footage allowing you to easily set marks on the fly. With FireWire you can transfer digital video, audio, timecode and device controls into and out of your computer with a single cable connected to the DV camera or VTR. EditDV works with your DV device over the FireWire providing complete control over the media.

SoftDV is user adjustable to provide the best quality playback suited to your system. The benefit of a software codec-based system is that as computer processors increase in speed, rendering times will decrease, unlike hardware-codec systems which are limited by bus speeds.

The SoftDV codec provides optimized playback of quarter-screen DV clips in software on your computer screen. The SoftDV options allow you to customize this playback performance to just the right balance of quality and smoothness for your computer system.
