The Tau series is Panasonic's most advanced design, featuring a virtually flat PureFlat picture tube for the image depth and three-dimensionality we've come to expect from high-quality flat-screen TVs. Reflected glare from room lights and daylight is much less noticeable. The 3-line digital comb filter does a fine job of enhancing picture clarity and detail and minimizing dot crawl on image edges.
You can connect up to 4 A/V source components: DVD player, VCR, video game system, and more. And instead of trying to remember what "Video 1" or "Video 2" refers to, you can label the video inputs ("VCR", "DVD", etc.) — a nice touch. Plus, the CT-24SX10 gives you a component video input (a feature rarely found on 24" TVs), for the best possible picture from a DVD player with a matching output.
The multibrand remote operates most DVD players, DBS receivers, VCRs and cable boxes. And its red illumination permits fumble-free operation in dimly lit rooms.
